Wedding hairstylist streamlines workflow with a gorgeous site

Introducing RJStyles Co

It always warms my heart when potential clients reach out because of how much they love someone else’s site that I’ve done, and that’s exactly what Rachel did when she saw Kira of Pärla Hair’s website. Rachel is a bridal hairstylist and hair educator based out of Calgary. She comes from a crazy cool background of having worked in LA and across Canada as a hairstylist for TV shows and movies like The Last of Us and Heartland, but found her passion in making brides feel beautiful on their big day and showing other hairstylists how to do the same.

The “Before”

RJStyles Co came to us with a website on Wix that Rachel didn’t love. She felt that it didn’t match the luxury experience she gives her clients, and was getting frustrated with the amount of administrative work her current system for booking clients involved. After seeing Pärla Hair’s website, she found many things she wanted to emulate if possible, including a focus on education as well as providing services to brides, and a detailed form like the bridal hair calculator we had built for Kira.

The “After”

We got right to work giving Rachel an aesthetic and process revamp to make her busy bridal season a breeze! She took advantage of our custom form/calculator add-on to get a high-powered quoting machine for her brides that also connected to her new Dubsado account to help her manage inquiries and bookings from one consistent place. The best part? Her website inquiries automatically get added to her Dubsado account without her having to manually copy/paste info. Not only that, but the new website for RJStyles Co perfectly gives that soft, luxury vibe that Rachel was going for while still showing off her fun personality. (Because when you’ve got to wake up at 6AM on your wedding day to get your hair and makeup done, you want to have a crew alongside you that knows how to keep the energy up!) Like all of our website redesign/development projects, we hooked Rachel up with some tracking through Google Analytics as well as a Meta and Pinterest Pixel so that she can see her website stats and is ready to start retargeting ads whenever she has the need to boost her inquiry pipeline.
